Optical fiber cable is manufactured to meet the requirements of optical, mechanical or environmental performance specifications.

It is a communication cable assembly that uses one or more optical fibers in a covering sheath as transmission medium and can be used individually or in groups. 

Optical cable is mainly composed of optical fiber (as thin as hair glass wire) and plastic protection sleeve and plastic skin, optical cable without gold, silver, copper, aluminum and other metals, generally no recycling value. 

Optical cable is a kind of communication line with a certain number of optical fibers composed of cable core in a certain way, covered with a sheath, and some covered with an outer sheath, to realize the transmission of optical signals.
