Jiangsu Kemaite 2021 Year-end Summary and commendation Conference

    On January 21, 2022, Jiangsu Kemaite 2021 Outstanding Employees Commendation and award ceremony was successfully held in Jiangsu Kemaite Convention Center, bidding farewell to the past year with a full sense of ceremony and playing the prelude of the New Year with laughter.

01 In the first procedure of the conference, Zhang Ling, vice President of Kemaite, read the selection list of 2021 outstanding Employees.

     Excellent employees are the soul of the company and the cornerstone of the company's standing.  Every employee is conscientious and hardworking for the company, but some of them even double their efforts to contribute to the development of the company, which is the example and benchmark for all our employees.  Let's warmly congratulate and pay our highest tribute to the following excellent employees.

03 General Manager's Speech

      General manager Yu Jiazhen spoke at the meeting. First of all, Mr. Yu expressed his New Year greetings and best wishes to everyone, and thanked the employees for their hard work and unswerving confidence and full support for the company over the past year. 
      Next, Mr. Yu reviewed the development course of the company and the outlook for the New Year.

      After 16 years of vigorous development since its establishment, Jiangsu Komet Technology Development Co., Ltd. has grown into a high-tech enterprise with the development momentum of communication shielding materials, chip packaging and new energy composite materials.
      In 2021, the company will make progress while maintaining stability, adding 22 cooperative customers at home and abroad, with annual sales exceeding 250 million yuan, an increase of 40% compared with last year. Among them, hot melt products for 5G high-speed line have a year-on-year growth of 53.3%, achieving encouraging results.

      In 2021, the company won the honorary titles including "Hudai Town Young Talent Exchange Station", "Industrial Workers Pilot Unit", "Trade union workers Education Base" and so on. As a "municipal specialized new small giant enterprise" and a "gazelle enterprise" storage enterprise. 
      Kemaite has devoted itself to technological innovation. Currently, it has published 67 patents, including 23 invention patents and 9 invention patents authorized, laying a solid foundation for the company to break through 100 patents.

      In 2022, we will formulate the company's annual goals and budget in light of the actual situation, adhere to the people-oriented approach, improve work methods, and strive to resolve conflicts and conflicts in various work, so as to improve the efficiency and level of the company's management.

      In the end, Mr. Yu expressed his hope that all the employees should be energetic, positive and dedicated in work, enthusiastic, cheerful and generous in life, and respect, understand and support each other in team work.
